Kids for the Future in Elgin, IL is seeking an Aftercare Worker to help supervise and engage school-age children in the aftercare program. You will support activities, homework, snacks, and transitions, under the Aftercare Program Lead. This role requires patience, reliability, and the ability to maintain a safe, respectful environment across classrooms, gym, and play areas.
