• Help customers find furniture, mattresses, and décor that fit their needs and budget
• Build relationships and provide an exceptional shopping experience
• Meet sales goals and grow your customer base
• Stay informed on products, promotions, and financing options
• Maintain a welcoming and professional showroom environment

• Strong communication and people skills
• A positive, goal-oriented attitude
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Uncapped earning potential
• On average, consultants earn $75,000-$100,000+ annually, but the sky is the limit.
