Functional Consultant / Business Analyst
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather business requirements, analyze issues, and deliver effective functional solutions. The ideal candidate will provide functional expertise, review business specifications, and ensure the adoption of industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers and source teams to gather requirements and clarify business issues.
- Analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
- Review business specifications and ensure adherence to best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
- Provide functional guidance and thought leadership to improve solution quality.
- Facilitate customer discussions, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Support project delivery by aligning business objectives with proposed solutions.
Required Skills:
- Experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
- Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Experience reviewing functional specifications and business documentation.
- Ability to recommend industry best practices and process improvements.
- Strong customer-facing and consulting skills.
