Whether collaborating with more than 200 highly respected physicians nationwide or partnering with colleagues who are passionate about solving meaningful problems, youll be surrounded by a team committed to shared success./ppIn this role, the Per Diem Weekend OR/PACU RN will:/pulliUtilize advanced assessment skills to identify patient care problems/liliPerform initial preoperative assessments, develop a plan of care, and explain the subsequent phases of surgery/liliProvide comfort measures and psychological support to the patient and family members/liliDemonstrate proficiency in caring for patients who have received various types of anesthesia or conscious sedation/liliAdminister medications by direct intravenous and other routes as directed/liliProvide patient education/li/ulpWere looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experienceindividuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter./ppQualifications and skills include:/pulliActive RN license/liliCurrent BLS and ACLS certifications/lili2-3 years of clinical experience in Operating/Procedure Room or PACU experience strongly preferred/liliProficiency with IVs required/liliStrong technical and clinical assessment skills/liliAbility to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer/liliAbility to work independently and demonstrate good judgment/liliAbility to communicate accurately and concisely/li/ulpMore important than any single credential, however, is the right person.
