Telecommunications Project Manager(DAS FUZE Colocation, or macro deployments,)

Seeking an experienced Telecom Project Manager / Network Real Estate Specialist to manage inbound colocation and wireless infrastructure projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, including application processing, contract execution, vendor management, budgeting, compliance, scheduling, and delivery for large wireless infrastructure deployments in venues such as stadiums, airports, hospitals, campuses, and other large facilities. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end inbound colocation and wireless infrastructure projects from application through contract execution and project delivery. Coordinate project activities across Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, Vendors, and other cross-functional teams. Track project schedules, budgets, risks, milestones, and vendor performance to ensure successful delivery. Review project documentation, contracts, and applications for accuracy and obtain necessary approvals. Ensure compliance with leasing, zoning, permitting, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Conduct project status and deployment meetings, communicate progress, and resolve project issues. Maintain project records and databases while preparing reports and status updates for leadership. Analyze project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive projects to completion within established timelines. Required Qualifications 5–7 years of experience in Telecom Project Management, Network Real Estate, Wireless Deployment, or Infrastructure Project Management. Experience managing Neutral Host DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems), macro wireless, small cell, colocation, or similar telecom infrastructure projects . Strong knowledge of leasing, zoning, permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance. Experience managing vendors, budgets, schedules, contracts, and project risks. Ability to lead cross-functional meetings and coordinate multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Experience working with project tracking systems, databases, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and Google Workspace. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting large venue deployments such as stadiums, airports, hospitals, passenger terminals, or university campuses. Experience with telecom project databases and wireless deployment management tools.
