As a Sales Associate, you'll partner with the General Manager to:

• Drive new membership growth
• Connect with prospects and guide them into Demo Classes
• Build meaningful relationships with members
• Deliver a premium, "Blue Carpet" level experience from first interaction to long-term retention

You are the first impression, the energy, and the reason people say yes.

Compensation & Perks

• $12/hour base pay
• 10% commission on sales (uncapped earning potential)

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is driven, confident, and passionate about people.

• 1+ year of retail or sales experience required
• Fitness, yoga, or wellness sales experience preferred
• Experience selling memberships or packages is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented with a track record of hitting targets
• Professional, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with social media and client engagement
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Availability for evenings and/or weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the full sales cycle: lead generation ? follow-up ? close
• Build authentic relationships with prospects and members
• Conduct studio tours and personalize the experience
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Promote Pilates as a lifestyle and wellness solution
• Book and manage Demo Class appointments
• Participate in community events and studio activations
• Continuously develop and refine your sales skills
