Experience working to further develop synergies around talent development and succession planningAbility to improve customer support and delivery execution for labor reporting, shopload, manpower planning, leadtime reduction and productivity and process improvements across the Sikorsky business. Ability to oversee the Sikorsky IE teams in Connecticut, Alabama, Florida and Texas.
