Work Environment\nThis position is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to create your own work environment and schedule, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Our core hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, without the burden of on-call responsibilities. You'll collaborate with a team of experienced psychiatric providers and counselors, engaging in a culture committed to professional growth, teamwork, and proactive support.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct weekly teletherapy sessions using live video technology, focusing on evidence-based practices tailored for individual adult clients. \n
- Engage collaboratively with psychiatric providers to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address complex client needs. \n
- Utilize automated tools for symptom self-assessment, evaluating functional improvements and progress toward goals to inform ongoing treatment adjustments. \n
- Document clinical notes and treatment modifications in compliance with HIPAA standards and organizational protocols. \n
- Participate actively in team meetings to discuss patient progress, share insights, and receive peer consultation and support when needed. \n
The clients you will support are individuals navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution, qualifying you as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A minimum of one year of independent licensure experience as a therapist, counselor, or psychologist. \n
- Strong commitment to providing care to a diverse range of clients and a welcoming attitude toward treating all populations. \n
- Demonstrated tech-savviness and a proactive approach to incorporating digital solutions into your therapeutic practice. \n

- At least two years of experience delivering cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based therapeutic modalities to adult clients. \n
- Experience working with higher-risk populations that require additional support or specialized intervention. \n
- A background in utilizing teletherapy technologies to enhance client engagement and treatment outcomes. \n
The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience, including bonuses based on performance metrics.
