Job Description: 440 Licensed Insurance Sales Representative Location: Miami, Florida Compensation: $35,000 – $40,000 Base Salary + Commission Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking a motivated and results-driven 440 Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing insurance agency in Miami. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys building relationships, helping clients find the right insurance solutions, and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, servicing existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to expand coverage and increase agency revenue. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Prospect, generate leads, and convert opportunities into sales. Educate customers on available insurance products and coverage options. Prepare quotes, process applications, and assist with policy changes and renewals. Follow up on leads, referrals, and customer inquiries in a timely manner. Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to meet client needs. Maintain accurate records in the agency management system and CRM. Stay current on insurance products, carrier guidelines, and industry regulations. Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance goals. Provide outstanding customer service throughout the client lifecycle. Qualifications Previous insurance sales or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet sales targets. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
