IT Security Specialist - Addison, TX - ContractJoin our team as a Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Specialist in Addison, TX. This is a contract position with opportunities for W2 or C2C engagement. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing security and compliance solutions across the enterprise. Your expertise in cloud-based productivity solutions and stakeholder management will be crucial for success.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture, design, and implementation of security and compliance solutions.Define and maintain frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Architect solutions focusing on data protection, governance, and compliance.Partner with various teams to ensure solutions meet security and regulatory standards.Drive automation and control implementation for enhanced monitoring and governance.QualificationsCollege degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.10 years' experience in architecture and engineering across email services.Expert-level knowledge of collaboration services both cloud and on-premise.Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.Experience with ITIL methodologies and best practices.Core TechnologiesCloud Services | Data Protection | Compliance Solutions | Security Controls | Automation Tools
