Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop personalized dietary plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs, preferences, and health goals
• Conduct nutrition education sessions for residents and their families, promoting healthy lifestyle choices and disease management
• Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure optimal nutrition support for residents with complex medical conditions
• Develop and implement menu planning and food service operations to meet the dietary needs of our residents
• Conduct audits and evaluations of food service operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality metrics
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident diets, nutrition plans, and food service operations
• Participate in staff training and education programs to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
