Lead Power/HVAC TechnicianWe are recruiting a Lead Power/HVAC Technician to support a busy rental equipment operation in the Reno/Sparks, NV market. This is a primarily shop-based leadership role responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining generators, commercial HVAC, and related power equipment while providing day-to-day technical support to a small team of technicians.The ideal candidate is a well-rounded generator technician with leadership potential or previous experience as a Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, Service Writer, or Service Planner. Strong experience with generators above 100 kW is highly preferred.Position OffersUp to $42/hour depending on experience.
