Training and Development Specialist (LEGO Education)

Job Summary The Training and Development Specialist is responsible for improving the productivity and effectiveness of all roles within the US LEGO Education team, focusing on upskilling and increasing performance, especially within the direct selling team. Key Responsibilities Support development and continuous improvement of the training strategy: identify training needs, create, recommend, and implement solutions. Own the employee onboarding program that optimizes performance in key selling roles. Plan, coordinate, calendarize and facilitate training programs. Conduct standardized assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Design and apply systems and tools for effective delivery and assessment of training. Work cross‑functionally with key partners to identify training needs and implement effective programs. Perform all activities in accordance with the LEGO Group’s brand, ethical and legal standards. Qualifications & Experience Experience designing and implementing employee development programs. Experience with Direct Selling Methodologies and/or a certification in Professional Learning (preferred). Highly effective presentation skills, with experience facilitating both in‑person and remote/virtual training programs. Proficiency with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods. Experience with online coaching platforms such as Rehearsal (preferred). Proven project management experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, comfortable presenting complex ideas and persuasive presentations. Compensation Salary range: $75,436.00 – $113,154.00, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
