The Rehabilitation RN plays a vital role in helping patients recover from chronic illnesses, traumatic injuries, and neurological conditions while promoting maximum independence and quality of life. This position will work on a 24-bed General Medical Rehabilitation Unit specializing in the treatment and recovery of patients with: Cerebrovascular disease (stroke) Traumatic brain injuries Spinal cord injuries Amputations Neurological disorders General deconditioning As a Rehabilitation RN, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans while supporting patients through every stage of their recovery journey.
