Automotive Diagnostic Technician
Location: Kyle & Buda, TX

Responsibilities
Perform accurate maintenance and diagnostic repairs on vehicles of all makes and models.
Inspect vehicles thoroughly and communicate findings clearly to Service Advisors.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Use the correct tools, equipment, and manufacturer specifications in every repair.
Support fellow team members to ensure a smooth workflow throughout the shop.
Uphold integrity by recommending only necessary repairs and prioritizing customer safety.
Document all work performed accurately and on time.
Represent ME Automotive with professionalism, respect, and a community-first attitude.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as an automotive technician or diagnostic technician.
ASE certifications preferred (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment).
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and scan tools.
Ability to read and follow technical manuals and repair instructions.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Team-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Must have personal hand tools for general repairs (specialty tools provided).
