Sr. Analyst, Digital Supply Chain

Job DescriptionPrimary ResponsibilitiesElicit, document, and map business requirements for new and enhanced functionality; evaluate expected KPI impacts.Plan and execute UAT, document results, and obtain sign-off before production deployment.Develop and deliver change management plans, including training schedules, materials, hyper-care support, and desk-side pairing.Validate post-production releases business impacts; gather user feedback via quarterly surveys and NPS to inform the product roadmap.Lead product demos and provide stakeholder updates through Sprint Reviews and Agile ceremonies.QualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field2+ years of experience in Supply ChainDemonstrated ability to manage cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExperience with Advanced Planning Systems/ ERP, or like Supply Chain SystemsPreferredExperience in a large-scale Food & Beverage (CPG) manufacturing environmentExperience with Demand Planning or related Supply Chain planning rolesWorking knowledge of SQL and AISkills/Abilities:Self-starter with a growth mindset who takes ownership, drives work to completion, and adapts quickly in fast-paced environments.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; translates complex data and tradeoffs into clear, actionable recommendations.Excellent communicator and collaborator — able to present and storytell effectively for both technical and non-technical audiences across cross-functional teams.Enthusiastic about leveraging AI and automation to streamline delivery across documentation, testing, and stakeholder alignment.Location(s)Chicago/Aon Center, Pittsburgh/PPG or TorontoOur Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz’ strategy and values.New Hire Base Salary Range:$89,800.00 - $112,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factorsBenefits: Coverage for employees (and their eligible dependents) through affordable access to healthcare, protection, and saving for the future, we offer plans tailored to meet you and your family’s needs.
