Registered Dietitian

We are seeking a compassionate and detail‑oriented Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition care services across two long‑term care facilities: Foremost at Sharon and RegalCare at Quincy. This role is a 32‑hour per week position , with hours split between two locations—Foremost at Sharon, and RegalCare at Quincy. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and experienced in clinical nutrition within a healthcare or long‑term care setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans Complete MDS sections related to nutrition in compliance with state and federal regulations Monitor residents’ nutritional status and make appropriate recommendations Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff as needed Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies Collaborate with food service and clinical teams to support quality care Qualifications Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required Licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts Experience in long‑term care or clinical settings preferred Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to work independently across multiple locations Schedule & Benefits 32 hours per week, split between Sharon and Quincy locations Flexible scheduling options may be available Competitive compensation and benefits package (based on experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr Foremost at Sharon
