- Lead all facility operations, including clinical, financial, admissions, and facility management
- Drive census growth and strengthen referral relationships with hospitals and community partners
- Keep the building survey-ready and compliant with federal and Florida regulations
- Manage budgets, labor costs, and overall financial performance
- Build and lead an engaged department head team
- Champion resident care quality, family satisfaction, and a culture people want to stay in
- Active Florida Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a SNF Administrator in Florida
- Working knowledge of CMS regulations, state survey process, and Florida AHCA requirements
- Track record of managing census, staffing, and budgets
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Salary of $160,000 - $190,000, based on experience
