Primary Care Physician

Up to 296K First-Year Earnings | Optional 4.5-Day Workweek | 7 Weeks PTO

Join a thriving, hospital-employed outpatient practice where collaboration, physician support, and work-life balance are at the center of patient care. We are seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who values teamwork and comprehensive primary care in a community-based setting.

Practice Highlights

• 100% outpatient primary care
• Collaborative, hospital-employed group practice
• Provide the full spectrum of primary care services

Schedule & Call

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• No weekend clinic responsibilities
• Minimal telephonic call averaging 1-2 days per month

Compensation & Benefits

• First-year earning potential of up to 296,000
• Compensation includes 5% tied to performance metrics
• Negotiable signing bonus
• Up to 10,000 relocation assistance
• Educational stipend available for physicians in training who commit to the practice
