Machine Operator

Position Title: Machine Operator Position Location: Hopkinton, MA Position Schedule & Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts, Monday - Friday Positions Available: Multiple opportunities available Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00/hour (Compensation depends on skills, knowledge, education, and experience) About the Machine Operator role: As a Machine Operator, you'll help produce high-quality molded and assembled parts. Your day includes tasks such as molding, assembling components, identifying parts, cleaning, and priming products while following detailed work instructions to meet quality and production standards. You'll help maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all safety procedures. Teamwork is important, you'll collaborate with coworkers, cross-train when needed, and communicate with leads and supervisors. Throughout your shift, you'll read and interpret production documents and record your work accurately. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, pays attention to detail, and wants to grow with a supportive team. Daily Responsibilities: Follow all prescribed safety rules and regulations, maintain a safe work area and equipment for all employees, and enforce all PPE requirements. Support our Safety-First Culture by identifying and reporting any unsafe or high-risk situations.
