Position Summary Carolina Industrial Systems, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking experienced Commercial Door Service Technicians for doors and door related products in Winston‑Salem and surrounding areas. Technicians provide safety, security, and peace of mind to businesses, servicing a wide variety of door related products and hardware, including work with local pharmaceutical manufacturing companies. Job Responsibilities Service, repair, and perform maintenance on commercial doors and door hardware. Identify opportunities to sell and quote products or services to customers. Maintain a safe working environment and keep job sites clean and clear of debris. Provide excellent customer service on every job. Job Requirements Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs independently; ability to bend, climb, and stand for extended periods. 1–3 years of construction experience preferred; experience with power tools and hand tools required.
