Join our dynamic team in the Behavioral Health unit and harness your skills to provide exceptional care! **Key Details:** - **Shift:** 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM - **Schedule:** Every other weekend required - **Qualifications:** - Current Wisconsin RN License - CPR/BLS Certification - Degree in Nursing (education verification required) **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** - Utilize the nursing process to collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in patient care. - Administer prescribed medications and treatments following established nursing techniques, policies, and state laws. - Document patient care according to standards and protocols. - Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans as prescribed by a physician or hospital policy. - Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance department/unit effectiveness. - Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units in support of the patient’s ongoing care. - Employ critical thinking skills to ensure patient safety and experience; escalate concerns appropriately. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
