Midwest Pool Management is hiring Indoor Daytime Lifeguards in Warrenton, MO. Our Lifeguards play a critical role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for guests at aquatic facilities throughout the St. Louis area.This role is ideal for individuals who are responsible, alert, and enjoy working with people in an active setting. We offer flexible scheduling, convenient facility placement, and opportunities to build teamwork, leadership, and transferable job skills while enjoying a rewarding indoor position.Schedule & PaySchedule: Mornings/Afternoons - Flexible hours between 5 AM and 3 PMEmployment Type: Part-time, Year-RoundPay: Starting at $15.50 per hourQualificationsMust be 15 years of age or older by the date of their Lifeguard Certification ClassAbility to swimAvailable to work part-time, including nights, weekends, and holidaysStrong observational skills to ensure safety guidelines are followedStrong verbal communication skills to positively engage with guests, team members, and managementAbility to lift 50+ pounds and transport 50+ feet to perform rescues or move equipment/chemicals safely ResponsibilitiesEnsure the safety of all guests at the facility by enforcing policies, rules, and regulationsRecognize and respond effectively to emergency situationsParticipate in regular in-service training (minimum of 4 hours per month)Keep facility clean, organized, and visually appealingProactively assist guests by answering questions and providing directionsMaintain knowledge of facility programming: swim lessons, family fun days, water aerobics, swim team, tot time, river walking, and other activitiesRepresent Midwest Pool Management and the assigned facility in a professional manner at all timesArrive to work on time and prepared, knowing your scheduleWear the required company uniform while on dutyCertifications & TrainingLifeguard Certification required (StarGuard Elite or equivalent). Lifeguard training is available and must be successfully completed prior to workingThe Certification Course covers emergency response, first aid, CPR, and AED use - skills that are essential for responding quickly and confidently to emergencies
