Nocturnist, IU Health Methodist Hospital, 7 on/14 off schedule

Indiana University Health, the largest and most comprehensive healthcare system in Indiana, is seeking a NocturnistHospitalist to join our team at the Academic Health Center in downtown Indianapolis ! Position Details Join a well-established, supportive team of physicians and advanced providers at a large academic tertiary center Medical co-management with multiple surgical services including PVS, CVS, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Urology, etc. Full-time, Nights (7 on/14 off, 7pm-7am) 100% inpatient Collaborate with other attending physicians and consultants Perform or supervise the performance of patient care services to include: history and physical examination, diagnosis, daily patient evaluation, daily progress notes, discharge evaluation, discharge summaries, and medically manage and treat adolescent and adult patients Perform or supervise seeing new business/admissions Take transfer center calls to accept referred patients from outside hospitals or outside patients. Qualifications Residency training in Internal Medicine Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine Physician licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana #J-18808-Ljbffr
