We are looking for a Creative Strategist to lead the ideation, testing, and scaling of high-performing marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who can independently own creative direction while leveraging performance data to continuously optimize results.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning the end-to-end creative strategy for paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Leading creative ideation, testing frameworks, and iteration cycles for performance marketing
• Collaborating cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, and media buyers to deliver high-converting creatives
• Analyzing campaign data and translating insights into actionable creative improvements
• Conducting in-depth competitor and market research to inform campaign direction
• Developing creative briefs, messaging frameworks, and scalable campaign concepts
• Driving continuous optimization of ad creatives to improve CTR, CPA, and ROI
• Mentoring junior creatives or providing direction where needed
