Sploot genuinely values a collaborative culture and work/life balance.We are looking for a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in New Jersey, ensuring a seamless experience for pets, pet parents, and our exceptional team members.What You'll Do:Navigate a new market through the exciting launch period and then through sustained growthMonitor and manage specific market performance metrics with responsibility for major elements of the market's P&LManage and inspire a diverse team of nurses, doctors, and clinic operations professionals, fostering a culture of development and collaboration.Support daily operations across the market, ensuring the highest standard of service and efficiency.Champion our company values and create a welcoming, supportive environment for clients and staff.Drive operational excellence by overseeing clinic workflows, developing new processes, and rolling out new initiatives.Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Who You Are:You have at least 5 years of analytical, strategic operational experience.You are a natural leader with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.Experience with setting strategic direction. You'll understand the company's mission, influence strategic objectives, and guide your team to execute toward measurable growth goals.Experience in business analytics and metrics.
