Floor Assembler IThe Floor Assembler I is an entry-level manufacturing role responsible for performing basic assembly tasks on the production floor in accordance with established work instructions, quality standards, and safety requirements. Working under close supervision, this position supports efficient production operations by assembling components, handling materials, and ensuring workmanship meets defined specifications. The role contributes to product quality, production output, and workplace safety while developing foundational manufacturing skills.Role OverviewThe Floor Assembler I supports manufacturing operations by performing routine, well-defined assembly tasks as part of a production team. The role follows detailed instructions, uses basic tools and equipment, and adheres to safety and quality procedures.
