Full-Time | In-Person | 3+ Years Dental Experience Required  

Job Summary

Dental Lyfe Studio – Your Dental Home is seeking an Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator for our private, multi-specialty dental practice in Norco, CA.

3+ years of dental front-office experience and hands-on treatment coordination experience are required. This is not an entry-level receptionist, medical assistant, CNA, or general healthcare position.

We are seeking someone who can take ownership of treatment presentation, case acceptance, patient finances, dental insurance, and scheduling while supporting an organized, productive front office.

Experience as a Senior/Lead Treatment Coordinator, Front Office Lead, Assistant Manager, or Dental Office Manager is highly valued. Strong performers may grow into expanded leadership and management responsibilities as the practice grows.

What You'll Do

• Present comprehensive and multi-phase treatment plans and explain treatment sequencing, insurance estimates, and patient costs
• Drive case acceptance through education, communication, and consistent follow-up
• Follow up on pending/unscheduled treatment and convert accepted treatment into appointments
• Discuss financing through CareCredit, Cherry, Sunbit , and available payment options
• Verify PPO and Medi-Cal dental benefits and prepare accurate treatment estimates
• Collect copays, deposits, balances, and treatment payments
• Maintain productive doctor/hygiene schedules and proactively fill openings
• Manage ASAP/short-call, recall, reactivation, and unscheduled-treatment opportunities
• Coordinate specialty treatment, referrals, and patient follow-up
• Support check-in/out and patient phone/text communication
• Maintain accurate records in CareStack
• Participate in huddles and coordinate with doctors, clinical staff, management, and our revenue-cycle team
• Support front-office workflow, team accountability, training, and patient experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years dental front-office experience REQUIRED
• Dental treatment-plan presentation/coordination experience REQUIRED
• Experience with case acceptance, patient finances, and treatment follow-up
• Knowledge of dental scheduling and productive schedule management
• Knowledge of PPO dental insurance, benefit verification, and treatment estimates
• Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, CDT codes, and treatment sequencing
• Dental PMS experience required; CareStack or Denticon highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, accountability, and follow-through
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Applicants without 3+ years of dental-office experience will not be considered.
