Director, AI Transformation & Enablement (Hybrid) (Germany)

Getinge seeks a Director of AI Acceleration & Enablement to lead the AI agenda across Acute Care Therapies. You will identify, pilot, and scale high-impact AI use cases, accelerate adoption, measure impact, and build AI capabilities through education and practical enablement.

The role requires location based in Sweden, Germany, or US-commutable to Wayne, New Jersey with a hybrid work model (1-2 days at home, site-based). Salary range is $206,000–$250,000 for US NJ only.
