Start Date: 06/29/2026

End Date: 3-12 months (preferably 6-12 months with extension possible)

Shift: Day shift, 5x8 hours (08:00–17:00)

Hours/week: 40

Employment Type: Contract (W-2)

Licensure/Certifications: Licensed in Iowa or eligible for licensure; no malpractice claims

Experience: General dentistry, preferably with experience in fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, including use of 3D printing (referrals for complex cases)

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $117.75/hour

Pay package: Paid weekly via direct deposit

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive dental care for patients aged 5 through adult
• Perform fillings, simple extractions, root canals, and crowns
• Refer complex cases (e.g., intricate root canals, surgical extractions) as needed
• Utilize the EPIC WISDOM EMR system to document patient care
• Collaborate with a team that serves a large Spanish-speaking population
• Maintain high standards of infection control and patient safety
• Ensure timely, quality care in a busy rural clinic setting

What You Need

• Valid Iowa dental license or eligibility for licensure transfer
• Prior experience in general dentistry, with competence in restorative and surgical procedures
• Strong communication skills, especially with Spanish-speaking patients (preferred)
• No malpractice claims on record
• Ability to start quickly upon credentialing
