Pay: $22.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

BG Staffing is currently hiring a dependable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician for a residential community in Galloway, OH. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on professional looking for steady, full-time work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete service requests and work orders in a timely manner
• Assist with apartment unit turns (make-readies)
• Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and condition of the property
• Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for residents

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment maintenance or related experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Must have basic tools and transportation
