About This Role

Togetherwork is seeking an Account Executive on our Smartwaiver product line to expand our customer base by identifying, engaging, and closing high-value prospects. This role mainly fields inbound leads to achieve quota attainment. This role focuses on acquiring multi-location businesses, large national organizations, and Private Equity-backed companies.

You'll play a key role in driving new logo growth through a proactive, consultative sales approachleveraging outreach, video meetings, and in-person engagements. This is a high-impact opportunity for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives in building relationships and closing complex deals.

What You'll Do

1. Field inbound leads through website, webinars, trade shows
2. Proactively manage leads throughout the entire sales cycle.
3. Lead outreach and nurturing to assigned market
4. Qualify and Identify prospect needs by leveraging key contacts within an organization.
5. Conduct phone and web-based sales presentations and product demos
6. Learn the tools necessary to be successful: CRM, scripts, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
7. Use Salesforce to manage prospect pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
8. Travel to represent Smartwaiver and industry tradeshows (2-3 times per year)

What You'll Bring

• 1-2 years of inbound and outbound sales experience, B2B preferred.
• Demonstrated success in a mixed inbound (80%) and outbound sales motion (20%)
• Experience operating in a high-velocity sales environment where speed-to-lead and responsiveness impact results.
• Strong ability to learn and adopt new platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and performs well with limited direction.
• Success-driven, collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
• Coachable, resilient, and comfortable receiving direct feedback.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel to industry trade shows as needed.
