Schedule Rotating shifts or straight nights are possible, with 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 - 07:00 or 07:00 - 19:00. Job Description We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and manage complex patient needs in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Monitor and assess patient condition, administering necessary treatments and medications. Manage ventilated patients and perform advanced procedures as required. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in the Cerner charting system. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active RN license in PA or Compact license required. A minimum of 2 years of ICU experience is preferred. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS must be current at the time of submission. Previous charge experience is preferred.
