Malone is hiring warehouse associates in Carlsbad.

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities

• Pick, label, and prepare finished goods for customer orders
• Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipment
• Perform put-away functions using a tablet-based Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Conduct assigned cycle counts and inventory checks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Operate warehouse equipment such as manual pallet jacks
• Report out-of-stock items, inventory discrepancies, and low stock levels to supervisors
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Warehouse Associate Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or related experience preferred
• Experience with ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) required
• Experience using scanners, scales, and inventory management software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent math, organizational, and time-management skills
• Computer literacy required, including data entry and system navigation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Pay:

$18.00 per hour

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Or 6 am to 2:30 pm
