Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant:


Hospital Urology Clinic is seeking an innovative, energetic and flexible provider who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires to be a part of an amazing team! Come join our team and serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.

Compensation & Benefits:


Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($145k+) comprised of:
**Great Base Salary and
**Annual Quality incentives up to $15k
Commencement bonus of $20k
$8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time

Professional Details:


Four 10-hour days per week
No after hour call requirements
Level IV Trauma Center
Growing and expanding Critical Access Hospital
Recently completed a 96,000 sq. ft hospital expansion that includes 5 OR suites and 2 endoscopy suites (which
can flex to 2 additional ORs), 15 pre-post-op rooms, 7 PACUs & stunning views from the OR break room as well as
a new cafeteria and dining space along with other programmatic needs that position GRH for growth!
Average 14-17 patients per day
Scribe options available
Epic EMR
2 point-of-care BK ultrasound machines, Olympus cystoscopy equipment, Laborie urodynamics equipment
