What You'll Do as a Companion Caregiver

As a companion caregiver, your role is to help clients remain safe, comfortable, independent, and connected while living at home.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing companionship and engaging conversation
• Light housekeeping such as dishes, laundry, and tidying up
• Preparing simple meals and encouraging hydration
• Running errands and accompanying clients to appointments or shopping
• Medication reminders
• Participating in enjoyable activities like puzzles, crafts, walks, music, or games
• Offering encouragement, emotional support, and a caring presence

What We're Looking For

At least 18 years old Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (personal or professional) Compassionate, dependable, and patient personality Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insured vehicle preferred CPR & First Aid certification preferred (can obtain after hire) Current two-step TB clearance preferred (can obtain after hire) Strong communication skills and professional attitude Ability to work independently and provide exceptional client care

Compensation: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
