Warehouse Specialist

GVI Inc, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join our team in Chesapeake, VA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist with inventory, storage, shipping and receiving of parts, material, tools, and equipment
• Assist with identifying, marking, and preparing equipment for shipment
• Operate company vehicles and material handling equipment
• Generate and ensure accuracy of shipping and receiving documentation

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of HS diploma and 1-3 years' experience in logistics, warehousing, or shipboard installation
• Knowledge of U.S. Navy material handling policies, procedures, and documentation preferred
• Familiarity with shipboard Alteration Installation Team (AIT) operations preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, preferred
• Must possess organizational skills and maintain disciplined inventory and material control processes
• Ability to carry 50lbs
• Must possess, and maintain, a valid driver's license
• May occasionally be required to work overtime and outside normal business hours to meet customer demand
• Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain secret
