The main responsibility of this candidate will be in resident transportation to appointments and picking up newly admitted residents. This position will work Monday-Fridays from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years long term care experience
• Valid driver's license.
• Preferred Kansas C.N.A. certification
• CPR Certified (we can provide CPR training if needed)
• The ability to pass a company required motor vehicle background check and other relevant background checks

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with resident transportation to appointments and picking up newly admitted residents.
• Attains agreed upon goals and objectives within specified time frames, as part of the organization's overall mission.
• Attends required Safety Training programs and can describe his/her responsibilities related to general safety, department/service safety, specific job-related hazards.
• Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible and courteous environment.
• Promotes effective working relations and works effectively as part of a department/unit team inter and intra departmentally to facilitate the department's/unit's ability to meet its goals and objectives.
• Other duties as assigned.
