This position involves on-site work and is not eligible for remote work. As a specialist in installing and servicing coffee equipment, you will play a key role in ensuring that our equipment is functioning perfectly, aligning with our commitment to quality and outstanding service. Duties and Responsibilities Perform installation of various coffee and espresso machines at client locations. Conduct routine maintenance and emergency repairs of coffee equipment to ensure minimal downtime. Provide training and support to clients on how to operate the coffee equipment effectively. Diagnose issues with coffee machinery and decide the best way to repair them in a timely manner. Manage inventory of parts and supplies needed for installation and maintenance tasks. Ensure all installations and repairs meet the industry standards and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of all installations, inspections, maintenance, and repairs performed, and report the same to management. Collaborate with team members to enhance the service quality and efficiency. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and standards in coffee equipment. Requirements Proven experience as a coffee/equipment technician or related field preferred, but not mandatory. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems involved in coffee equipment. Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying conditions. Effective communication skills to adequately train and guide customers on equipment use. Professional certification in mechanical or electrical fields is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; further technical education will be considered an advantage. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, as the role requires travel to client sites.
