About Our Agency
We opened our doors in December 2021 and are proud to be part of a three-generation State Farm familymy dad and grandfather were both California State Farm agents. Carrying on that tradition, I've built an agency that's rooted in service, community, and lasting relationships. Our office culture is supportive, welcoming, and team-focused. Role Description
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Alex Mutch - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
