An award-winning, physician-owned dermatology practice on the scenic shores of Coastal Virginia is expanding and looking for a Board-Certified Dermatologist to join their collegial team. With no hospital politics, no quotas, and a flexible 4-5 day workweek , this is the perfect opportunity for physicians seeking autonomy, balance, and the potential for partnership in just two years.

Position Highlights:

• General Dermatology with optional cosmetic work
• 28–32 patients/day , with flexibility based on your preferences
• 4-day workweek = better work-life balance
• 2 Medical Assistants per dermatologist
• Top-tier equipment : NB-UVB, PDT, lasers & more
• $50K sign-on bonus or residency stipend available
• Guaranteed base salary and partnership track in just 2 years
