About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Pediatric ER Duration: 10 Weeks Shift: Night and Day Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of ED nursing experience License: RN license or Temporary Permit - RN Certifications: BLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC Must-Have: Graduate of accredited school of nursing Description: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required. An RN license or a temporary permit for RN is needed. BLS, PALS, ENPC, and TNCC certifications are required. Two years of emergency department nursing experience is necessary. Registered Nurses should be willing to float between facilities as needed. Shifts are three 12-hour rotations, including day, evening, and night shifts. Every third weekend shift is expected. No call is required during the assignment. The total assignment length is ten weeks. Travel experience is preferred, but it is not mandatory. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate. References are not required, but one to two references can be helpful. All Registered Nurses are expected to work a minimum of seven weekends during the assignment period. Candidates must obtain an appropriate license before the start date. Travel partners are welcome, and there are no restrictions on their participation. The return staff policy states that an individual must wait six months to return as a traveler.
