Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore mobility and function
Develop personalized treatment and discharge plans that put patients first
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services
Supervise PTAs and Rehab Technicians in line with practice acts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to ensure comprehensive care
Uphold safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
Active Virginia Physical Therapy license (or the ability to obtain one)
Excellent communication, documentation, and clinical skills
Flexibility to adapt to different facilities, schedules, and patient needs
Education
Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
Knowledge & Skills
Expertise in physical therapy evaluation and treatment
Strong patient assessment and documentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Supervisory and teaching skills
Compliance with regulatory and safety standards
Adaptability and problem-solving
