RN - Mother Baby Profession: RN Specialty: Newborn Nursery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00-19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of three years in Labor and Delivery, three years in Nursery, three years in Med-Surg License: Current New Mexico or Multi-State Licensure Certifications: Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Neonatal Resuscitation Program, AWOHHN Fetal Monitoring certification Must-Have: STABLE certification preferred, ALSO certification preferred, Baby Friendly experience preferred Description:The Client Child Health RN is responsible and accountable for a designated group of patients.This role provides care to patients through the therapeutic use of the nursing process.Collaboration and integration with other health care team members are essential.The RN demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to care for patients across various age-specific needs.Assessment and interpretation of patient data are crucial for identifying each patient's requirements.S/he functions as the primary RN in multiple areas: Labor & Delivery, Newborn Nursery, Level II Nursery, and Mother-Baby and GYN patients.Additionally, the RN may float to other areas as directed by leadership.When floated, maintaining standards of care and safety within their scope of practice is expected.Weekends are required every third weekend. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cynet HealthStaff
