Supply Chain Associate

Job Title Join a growing supply chain team with clear career advancement paths Gain hands-on experience across procurement, planning, and operations Job Description Partner with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time and proactively address potential delays Track, maintain, and update material status within internal systems to ensure data accuracy Generate, submit, and manage purchase orders while ensuring compliance with company processes Communicate regularly with suppliers regarding order confirmations, shipment updates, and issue resolution Work closely with planning, operations, and cross-functional teams to maintain material availability Identify supply chain risks, shortages, or disruptions and escalade concerns appropriately Support daily procurement and material management activities in a fast-paced environment Maintain organized records of purchase orders, supplier communications, and inventory updates Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives designed to enhance supply chain performance MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree required 2 years of professional experience, ideally within supply chain, procurement, operations, or a related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus Self-starter who takes ownership of responsibilities and follows through on commitments Adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic, team-oriented environment Interest in building a long-term career within supply chain and operations What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $85,000 USD.
