Registered Nurse - NICU

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced NICU RN to provide specialized neonatal intensive care for critically ill infants. This position offers opportunities to work in a reputable facility known for its advanced pediatric services and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert nursing care to neonates in a Level III NICU setting.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, ensuring compliance with care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment strategies.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per hospital protocols and patient needs.
• Educate families on infant care, condition updates, and discharge instructions.
• Adhere to safety standards, infection control policies, and unit guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU or Level III Neonatal ICU experience.
• Current NRP certification is mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
