Responsible to provide direct patient care to assess functioning in activities of everyday living and are essential for independent living. To establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patients capacity and tolerance under the direction of a Physician. Educates patients and families in appropriate occupational therapy methods. Qualifications Degree from an accredited school Occupational Therapy program Licenses/Certification Must maintain current Provider BLS/CPR certification throughout employment Experience At least 6 months experience directly related to duties and responsibilities Safety Sensitive-Designated Position #J-18808-Ljbffr
