As a Relationship Banker Business Specialist within PNC's Retail Bank organization, you will be based in Hialeah, Florida. Bilingual Spanish Preferred. Job Responsibilities

The Relationship Banker Business Specialist will:

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Proactive lead management and referral generation--Leverage experience and acquired knowledge of bank products and services and positions appropriately to grow share of wallet and attract new consumer and business households.
• Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch as a COI.
• Client experience and Hospitality management--differentiate the client experience through advanced conversation skills.
• Works with branch team to help them identify consumer and business banking opportunities to create referrals.
• Create client loyalty and grow client share of wallet through a differentiated client experience.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.

Work Experience
