Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support skilled nursing and post-acute care patients in achieving optimal function and quality of life. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, provide gait and balance training, and document patient progress in accordance with regulatory and facility standards. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered culture focused on integrity, respect, and clinical excellence.
