About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med-surg Adult Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: Three 12-hour shifts Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Current RN license Certifications: Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certification required Must-Have: Ability to utilize the nursing process in the provision of nursing care Description: This position is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Supports the organization's vision and mission. Utilizes knowledge of patient age and cultural diversity in the provision of patient care. Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.
